• Patients can access all medical reports directly from their dashboard without searching by UHID.
• Patients can submit complaints through their dashboard.
• Appointment requests sent from the patient dashboard are considered premium appointments.
• Patients can view their full invoice history and submitted complaints.

IPD / Account Branch Features

• View and manage all pending appointments.
• Upon approving an appointment, redirect to the patient registration page.
• Registering a patient generates a printable Patient ID Card including UHID.
